1. Had a daughter, her name is emma.

2. Moved to the west side, no longer in hilliard.

3. Got a new job.

4. Still love my wife.

Okay, Havent updated in almost a year... so... hear we go.

I no longer live in hilliard.
I now live on da west side!
I now have a beautiful 4 month old daughter, Emmalynn Kaylee Helsel, who is the greatest, cutest thing in the world!
I have a great son, xan, who says some of the most confusing, craziest, funniest stuff a 3 year old has ever said.
I still work a thorntons gas station, but Im now at the one on the cornet of Goergesville and Norton.
Oh, and I still love my wife, Danni, more than anything in the world....

That about covers it methinks...

So... talk to you next year?

Baby Helsel is well!
120 beats per minute.
Due date is January 22, 2007 (Alex was due January 21, 2004).
We have a picture, I'll scan and post it as soon as I can. :)

Hello everyone!
Sorry I/we havent been around, we dont have internet yet so, its kinda hard.
Marriage is great, yesterday makes 2 months and we are still very happy and very in love.

So, that is not an announcement, but this is!

Last friday we found out that we have a baby on the way!
We are very happy about this and we cant wait to bring him/her home!
it is 5 weeks and 4 days old (as of 5/26/06)
we think that the due date is going to be around valentines day, but we are not sure.

...now, here is the (please read) part...
the other night (5/24/06) danni was not feeling well and she was bleeding a little.
we were a little bit worried because when she had alex, it was a very high risk pregnancy.
Due to this we went to the hospital, they did some blood test...and some...um..."feminine" testing....ya...
...and they did an ultra-sound!
It is just a little dot right now, but it was more about what we were listening for than about what we were looking for.
They were listening for a heartbeat, and right now, we cant hear a heart beat...
but, its possible that it could be just a few days to soon...
The doctors said that it is a "threatened abortion" ...that is the medical term for mis-carriage

So, right now, there is about a 50/50 chance that the baby will be fine...
...and a 50/50 chance that...well...
...it should be fine.

We are going back next week (friday) to get more testing, and get another
ultra-sound, and hopefully we will hear our childs hearbeat.
hopefully this will all comeback good and we will be on our way to having a beautiful baby.

So, like I said...we are a little worried...but...it should be fine, just keep us in your prayers, or if you dont pray, just do whatever you do in situations like these....

we'll keep you updated as best as we can, but it'll be kinda hard as we dont have internet.

Hopefully, next time I will have even better news...

If needed, I will contact TimeRacer and have her post updates for me...

Just pray for us...

my christmas was the best I have ever had!

I got great presents, I got to buy great presents, but best off all, I got to spend it with danni and alex (danni's son)...

...My first of many, and It was completely amazing.

I went over to danni's early in the morning and had christmas there, I got a pair of wireless headphones from her dad/mom.

After that, we went to church. Then off to my house to have christmas with my family.

We had a great lunch, ham, potato's, green beans...that sorta stuff. but they were all the caserole type... Potatoes = sliced into thin strips, cheesy and having crunchy bits on top...YUM!

After the fooding, it was finally time to open all the gifts.

Alex went nuts.

He would rip one open faster than what I thought was possible, then he would look at it for a 3rd of a second, and say... "Another one!"
And we would kindly ablige and hand him yet another package to rip into.

He made out like a bandit!

I didnt really ask for anything for christmas, but, everything I got was really nice.
I got danni the DVD box set of Neon Genisis Envengelion, a Ohio State buckeys necklace/earing set...and a few other things...She loved them all, as I knew she would.

I got a luggage from my parents... I think they are hinting that I should move out.

I got alot of stuff, but I can assure you that alex probably got more than just about anyone.

It was so much fun!

After all the opening, alex fell asleep with the AMAZINGLY SOFT fleece spider-man blanket I got him.

Extended family dropped by, Danni and I left...

we went back to danni's house, ate a little, I opened one last gift...
A scrapbook from danni, it starts out as the MI Pittsburg trip, and it then becomes OUR scrapbook... It's so nice, and I love it.

danni and I then left Alex to sleep, and went "out on the town"...

...seeing how it was christmas, the only place that is open is movie theaters...

So, we went to one, we had about an hour till the movie started and we were about to park and play with our Animal Crossing for nintendo DS... (I got it for her as a gift)

Then danni pointed out that a resturaunt was open... my thought was...

We double checked, and It was! Champs, was open!

I would like to point out, that this is the EXACT SAME resturaunt that danni and I had our first date.

So we went. So, once we had full tummies, we headed over to the theater to watch a big monkey terrorize everything...

I like the movie...

So, Yes, it was an amazing christmas, mostly due to the fact that I got to have it with danni and alex... I love them so much, and I cant wait till next year!
